GBHorrible place to do business Horrible place to do business. I’ve been unable to make online payments for over nine months now, despite several attempts to correct the issue. Currently unable to even make phone payments. Best to look elsewhere! Your response to my review is pathetic. The issue was escalated, nine months ago as stated, to date you have done nothing to correct the issue except to set expectations that you never live up to. Another prime example of your company’s incompetence!

GBHorrible bank. Steer clear Horrible bank. Steer clear. Had my account locked because I moved a few weeks ago and the change of address on my driver's ID hasn't been updated yet by the DMV. Bethpage sent no notifications of account freeze and it wasn't until I went to pay bills and buy food for my family that I found out I had no access to my account or funds. Called them and they told me I could verify my address via video call but I had to wait 10 days for the next appointment and the fraud department could only be reached by email. Customer service was terrible. 1 star is too much. If I could give them a zero star I would. Will be looking into legal action due to the lack of notifications.

GBA Real Hassle It's too hard to get a replacement bank card working. It comes with no instructions a barely legible number on the back, their phone help puts you on hold forever on a silent line and eventually disconnects you gives you broken reference numbers and finally afterv6 hours. My bank card may finally work (I haven't tried it yet).
