Perfectly Happy I engaged with Pinnacle after several unsuccessful months using a different credit repair agency. I was skeptical at first due to some of the negative reviews but decided to take a chance given his unique approach. I couldn't be happier. While the person I dealt with might be a little "rough around the edges" I cannot argue that his process works and works well. He is aggressive, proactive, and responsive. After a month, my credit score improved by 100 points. I look forward to its continued improvement.

Zero stars!!! Zero stars!!!! I paid an upfront cost they (Andre) never did anything. I sent numerous emails text message requested refund in writing as stated in the refund policy with no response! I would text Andre for a refund because I was going to pay things off since they did not help I would get a one line response don’t pay. I signed up October 2019 never did one thing they need to be shut down they are a scam!!!

Highly recommend I am extremely satisfied with the way Pinnacle Credit Repair was able to repair my credit. Andre has been very thorough with explaining everything on my accounts and took the time to answer every question that I had. Even when working with other reps in the company, they always made the terms and mechanics of repairing my credit very simplified in an easy way to follow.
