It may take some time It may take some time for the dust to settle on the financials, but ultimately, your success is what matters most. An instant miracle solution to these problems does not exist.

The process was not clearly laid out The process was not clearly laid out. What was stated on the phone call and what was "spelled out" a year after they had taken a very large sum from our account. When we were told their first attempt was unsuccessful, the second one goes much quicker. After viewing our portal we were informed there was less than a thousand dollars in our account. When we asked where all our funds went, it was then, a whole year later, we were informed"we take out our fees first". We were never informed as to how much that fee would be and when it was withdrawn, yeah, shame on us. I think we call that trust, now we feel as we were had. Our hard earned funds were depleted. We received an email to call a number for assistance, because they were busy helping others and had heavy call volume. Funny it was the same number we were told to use to get help from them. If you can work it out yourself try it, we probably could have done much better

I am beyond annoyed with this whole… I am beyond annoyed with this whole system. Approximately 36 months at a certain $$$ amount was what I was told. They would handle all accounts. I have increased my monthly and now am told that it will take more than 57 months at that increased amount. I have been taken to court twice now. They first time they "worked their magic" - which was I could pay the full cost over two years (the full cost being the original debt plus all of the monthly late fees incurred after Hallock took over) or pay a reduced some around 2k (which I didn't have and was only about a 10% reduction over the original cost). The second summons just came and I expect a third at some point because they just let the larger debts "sit until the end". I have paid over $5700 so far and only had about $1500 settled and the rest have been sucked up by their administrative fees. Add to that, the original attorney assigned to me has been absolutely impossible to reach. I will finish this out because I have paid all the main fees by now and don't have the means to deal with lawsuits on my own, but this was easily the worst financial decision of my life.

I started this program in November of… I started this program in November of 2022, Here I am in May of 2023, nothing all the payments from Global Holdings that have been paid have all went to fees. No negotiatians, no settlements, nothing. I'm still getting calls from Creditors and now one account has been placed in the court system. Very dissatissfied with the way my account is being handle. To top it all off, mu husband just passed away in February by way of suicide, they have not taken any real action. Neither do I have any documents that prove that they have acted on my behalf. I would asume that Creditors stop contacting me once the POA is in place & they are sincere in acting on my behalf. However, if Creditors know them & how they truly operate then the POA means nothing to them. If I have to go to court to resolve this problem, I will seek the help of the profesional system.

Exorbitant fee Exorbitant fee. Nearly 95% of monthly payments that supposed to accumulate to settle debts goes to cover attorney's fee, administrative fees, monthly fee and other misc. fee. They said it will take 9-11 months before they could even attempt to negotiate. Which means it will take that long to accumulate enough money to make an offer to negotiate your debt. Just think only about 5% of your monthly payment goes to accumulate cash for future payments. It's a scam. Read the fine print and ask more questions on the fees. What I find out is, creditors will always try to make deal to collect some money rather lose all. Talk to your creditors, some will offer 0% and reduced monthly payments. While some will offer a lump sum discount of 50%. I bet you can find a better deal than going to debt consolidation scam companies. With so many negative reviews, it would be wise to take the positive reviews with a grind of salt.
