GBIt may take some time It may take some time for the dust to settle on the financials, but ultimately, your success is what matters most. An instant miracle solution to these problems does not exist.

GBExorbitant fee Exorbitant fee. Nearly 95% of monthly payments that supposed to accumulate to settle debts goes to cover attorney's fee, administrative fees, monthly fee and other misc. fee. They said it will take 9-11 months before they could even attempt to negotiate. Which means it will take that long to accumulate enough money to make an offer to negotiate your debt. Just think only about 5% of your monthly payment goes to accumulate cash for future payments. It's a scam. Read the fine print and ask more questions on the fees. What I find out is, creditors will always try to make deal to collect some money rather lose all. Talk to your creditors, some will offer 0% and reduced monthly payments. While some will offer a lump sum discount of 50%. I bet you can find a better deal than going to debt consolidation scam companies. With so many negative reviews, it would be wise to take the positive reviews with a grind of salt.

GBHORRIBLE They did NOTHING but rip me… HORRIBLE They did NOTHING but rip me off. I was giving them over $700/month and I called and requested to defer a payment (my June payment) I was told no problem they will not take the money from my checking account. So I went ahead and scheduled some payments. Lo and behold out came my $700 payment. I immediately contacted customer service and was basically told “ oops we made a mistake” do I asked to have the money refunded and o was told the money hadn’t processed/cleared on their end yet so I waited and called a couple days later and it still hadn’t cleaned, I called the next day and it cleared so they were going to put the request in to refund my money. I had to approve this on s recording, which I did and I was told it will talk up to 72 hours for this request to be reviewed. Then up to 5 days for the refund to get processed, the following week I called again to check on the status and was told that the person did not get my authorization correctly and it had to be redone and started over from day one. Which we did (the recording was done the exact same way). Now I had to wait another 72 hours snd 5 days. I requested to speak to a manager but was told none was available. We are now going into week 3. Finally. I decided to cancel the program which I did on the 14th and this time s manager was available. So I still haven’t gotten my moneys and he is going yo put in a request. He said I should have it next week. Well, today I’d next week and I called and was told it is still pending and I should have it by next Monday, which is the 26th. This is totally unacceptable snd unprofessional. I would discourage everybody to stay away from this group.

GBI wish I would have read the reviews on… I wish I would have read the reviews on this before signing up with Hallock and associates! All I was looking for was debt relief and they took $672.02 out of my account every month yet nothing was ever paid! I finally realized I could have done a better job And called and canceled the end of May 2023. I asked for a refund of my money which would’ve been approximately $4704 and to my surprise all I got back was $17.69! As I tried to make payments to them, I am now on the verge of losing my home that I’ve lived in for 21 years !Avoid this company like the plague! While I thought I was doing a good thing for myself, all I was doing was paying their salaries. Scam, scam, scam!

GBDO NOT USE - They just fee you The took 6300 from me and only settled one debt for 700. I called to cancel after 9 months and was told they would only refund me 200. They charge 600 a month in fees. they refuse to give my money back. HORRIBLE COMPANY look at your contract. They state fees are monthly but took them out every two weeks. I tried to resolve the issue and the managers on the escalation team told me to kick rocks. I have to get a lawyer to fight the conflict of interest in my contract.
