I am very satisfied with the service… I am very satisfied with the service that RAG, Resort Advisory Group, provided in the successful cancellation of my time shares. They were great at communicating where we were in the process that took approximately a year from start to finish. I had another company talk to me about how they could help me, but I felt pressured by them and just not comfortable.
