Well it was expensive Well it was expensive. But yes less than a years worth of payments. It did take almost 18 months(Pandemic delays) but they did what they said they could do which was get me out of my Hilton resorts fiasco!! Thanks RESORT ADVISORY GROUP! Tyler Representation Through the process of extricating ourselves from a contract with Hilton Grand Vacations RAG was the third company who worked on our behalf. The entire process was over three years long with RAG holding the watch for a bit over a year. The team at RAG did provide quarterly updates, often without headway as HGV did not respond. The one area we wish we had better guidance on is to stop making payments immediately once representation is established and the credit protection service is in place. The whole process is very unstructured in our opinion so be prepared to wait, and wait... In the end RAG was the only service that succeeded and we appreciate that we are out from under the HGV anvil.

These are just a few words describing me before Resort Advisory Group took on my case with Wyndham, and in half the time they predicted, I was free, having received that letter from Wyndham releasing me from all financial responsibility to them, saving me many thousands of dollars and years of misery. Thanks, again RAG. An A+ rating is not nearly enough!
