We are very pleased with Resort… We are very pleased with Resort Advisory Group. They helped get us out of our timeshare problems. They did an excellent job and we have no complaints. We would recommend them to anyone suffering from timeshare problems.

Tyler Representation Through the process of extricating ourselves from a contract with Hilton Grand Vacations RAG was the third company who worked on our behalf. The entire process was over three years long with RAG holding the watch for a bit over a year. The team at RAG did provide quarterly updates, often without headway as HGV did not respond. The one area we wish we had better guidance on is to stop making payments immediately once representation is established and the credit protection service is in place. The whole process is very unstructured in our opinion so be prepared to wait, and wait... In the end RAG was the only service that succeeded and we appreciate that we are out from under the HGV anvil.

I literally used it twice in the 8 years that I owned it, ridiculous! This team was so informative and helpful. From the beginning they explained what their process was and took the time to follow up with me every month for updates. Yes, it did take a while for me to get out but you just have to be patient.
