Resort Advisory Group is a rip off Resort Advisory Group is a rip off. I entrusted them to help me cancel my timeshare. All they did along with the so called attorney they have on payroll was to wait for the timeshare company to contact me. They never advocated on my behalf to cancel my timeshare. After 2 to 3 years after the timeshare was foreclosed on by the company they send me saying my timeshare has been canceled. Little did I know it wasn't canceled it was foreclosed on and was reported as such on my credit report. They are a scam and rip off. Beware.

All around a great experience All around a great experience! They made this seemingly overwhelming process very manageable. We always received prompt and professional responses. Highly recommend them to anyone who is trying to get out of their timeshare!

I had to give them a star to be able crooks without gunsto… I had to give them a star to be able to write in the space. They take your money mess up your credit score because they promise they will take care of you. They all lie, if you get caught up in the moment with the lies from timeshares you are better off trying to offload it yourself. It has been almost two years and I am worse off now than when it began! Stay away from RAG crooks without guns

I am very satisfied with the service… I am very satisfied with the service that RAG, Resort Advisory Group, provided in the successful cancellation of my time shares. They were great at communicating where we were in the process that took approximately a year from start to finish. I had another company talk to me about how they could help me, but I felt pressured by them and just not comfortable. I selected RAG after speaking with them at length and I am happy to say that they were honest and caring to deal with…And Successful!!
