Total scam Total scam. Signed up with them 10 days ago after being turned over to collection by the IRS explaining that I had a window before communication was due to that collection company. I was told they could get to work immediately and keep this off my credit and work out payment arrangements and yet all they have done is taken my money and eaten up the clock, putting me in an even worse bind than before. The only follow-up they offer is automated emails telling me they will be in touch.

I cant recommend this organization I cant recommend this organization. I believe I was grossly over charged for the services I received. My representative does not return my calls or emails. I recommend looking for a local accountant to assist. After speaking with another organization I found the charges would have been 1/8th of what I'm paying MoneySolver. I gave them a 2 because they did negotiate payments with the IRS and refiled one tax year. All in all huge waste of money.

I started a case in November I started a case in November. I have placed many calls, and emails and still no status update One person responded only to tell me he would inform the Supervisor. I am going to put a stop payment on the deduction I would like my money back The response is for a lack of better words b ———/ You say that you get results 4 months no results Yet you keep debiting my account
