The lady that helped me with my student… The lady that helped me with my student loan was very helpful! But the down side of this company they kept messing up my paper work, they failed to continue making my payments for me on my student loan I had to sign several documents and they some how even got my name wrong! I find this company to be very unprofessional and would Advise people to not trust them when it comes to student loans! if I could give them a negative star review I would

WARNING! I FEEL TOTALLY ROBBED BY THIS COMPANY AND AM IN MORE TROUBLE THAN I WAS WHEN I OPENED AND PAID THEM. TOTALLY DUPED BY SALESMAN WHO SAID THEY WOULD SOLVE MY ISSUE, BUT MY ISSUE WAS NOT HANDLED AT ALL SINCE I AM STILL IN THE SAME BOAT. THEY WON'T GIVE A REFUND (HAS TO BE DISCUSSED WITH TEAM) THEY REFUSED BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED THEY FULFILLED THEIR JOB" IT SHOULD NOW FORCED TO SPEND TIME AND MONEY TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION FOR NOT FULFILLING THEIR CONTRACT. IN DEALING WITH THE STATE TAX ISSUE FOR ME. STATE TAX DEPT. SAID THEY WERE NEVER CONTACTED BY THEM, I WAS RECENTLY GARNISHED FROM MY SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK PUTTING ME MORE IN DEBT. I CALLED COMPANY AND TOLD CASE WAS COMPLETED YET NEVER RECEIVED ANY PROOF, DOCUMENTATION OR NOTIFICATION OF NEGATIVE RESULTS OR ARRANGEMENTS, (THEY COULDN'T BE FOUND IN MY FILE AT THIS TIME). JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND FILED ME AWAY. ONLY SUGGESTION WAS TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER CARELESS DEPARTMENT. TO RESEARCH MY ACCOUNT. I'M A PERMANENTLY DISABLED PERSON TRYING TO MAKE IT BY ON A MONTHLY CHECK THAT DOESN'T COVER THE COST OF LIVING.

Sorry we did this. They will not return my emails. They have a significant amount of my money. All communication from them has stopped. We will be looking for a refund. Unconsciousble treatment and not related to what I was promised. Five days later still no contact. I was promised manager intervention, that hasn't happened. All communication has stopped from their end. This will get a canned response, no fixes. Imagine still no call or no fix, I want my money back!
