Try to solve it yourself first! Worked with Money Solvers regarding my 2018 taxes. Once you give them your money, all contact ceases with them. They will not answer phone calls or emails. During the process, I kept providing information that was already given to them. No attention to detail whatsoever! There was no reduction in my tax payment and I seriously and honestly feel that they did not work on my behalf to get one. Now I'm stuck paying them along with my tax bill. If you can, please try to negotiate with the IRS or any agency on your own. Hindsight is 20/20 and if I can save anyone money by not hiring them, then my working with them was well worth it.

The lady that helped me with my student… The lady that helped me with my student loan was very helpful! But the down side of this company they kept messing up my paper work, they failed to continue making my payments for me on my student loan I had to sign several documents and they some how even got my name wrong!
