She called when she said she would and she always responded to my emails. Thank you Ruth. Again, this is only about Ruth, not my experience as a whole.

I was so tired of dealing with IRS I was so tired of dealing with IRS. I was desperate. I turned to this organization for help. I followed their instructions and submitted all documents. They worked quick and resolved my debt. They were always so patient with my constant questions and concerns. I am ever so grateful that I turned to them and am so glad I turned to them for help.

Total scam Total scam. Signed up with them 10 days ago after being turned over to collection by the IRS explaining that I had a window before communication was due to that collection company. I was told they could get to work immediately and keep this off my credit and work out payment arrangements and yet all they have done is taken my money and eaten up the clock, putting me in an even worse bind than before. The only follow-up they offer is automated emails telling me they will be in touch.

I'm giving it a 4 because she represents the company and the business, and as feedback as a whole, the rest of the team should support Ruth on being just as responsive as she is. I've reached out to other agents and had to wait (X) amount of days to hear from someone else regarding a different concern. Ruth as a individual is great though.

Sorry we did this. They will not return my emails. They have a significant amount of my money. All communication from them has stopped. We will be looking for a refund. Unconsciousble treatment and not related to what I was promised. Five days later still no contact. I was promised manager intervention, that hasn't happened. All communication has stopped from their end. This will get a canned response, no fixes. Imagine still no call or no fix, I want my money back!
