I wish I would have read these reviews… I wish I would have read these reviews 1st!!! This is the worst type of human being I can think of. Not just providing a terrible service but, preying on the vulnerable! Taking thousands of dollars from people desperate for help and then she provides NO SERVICE!!! She ended up costing me more money from the IRS than if I would have not hired an attorney at all. She isn't even apologetic about it... Keep your hard-earned money as far away from Mary Ann Bone, EA, CTRS, NTPIF.... She is a scandalous thief and should be put out of business.

I cant recommend this organization I cant recommend this organization. I believe I was grossly over charged for the services I received. My representative does not return my calls or emails. I recommend looking for a local accountant to assist. After speaking with another organization I found the charges would have been 1/8th of what I'm paying MoneySolver. I gave them a 2 because they did negotiate payments with the IRS and refiled one tax year. All in all huge waste of money.

I have been ignored up until this point. You have to make a formal complaint to get these people to respond to you. The fake nice response from money solver here below is offensive and uncalled for. I still have not received a single document from the IRS regarding the work Money Solver claimed to have done on my behalf. I have been conned out of $5,000.

When talking to him he makes sure you have a full understanding of the terminology that they use and allows you to ask questions so you have an awareness of things being said. After losing my husband over a year ago I can honestly say I can grieve his lost and fell like I don’t have a burden still on my shoulder, God bless you Kevin for your consistency in making sure my case was looked into properly!

Sorry we did this. They will not return my emails. They have a significant amount of my money. All communication from them has stopped. We will be looking for a refund. Unconsciousble treatment and not related to what I was promised. Five days later still no contact. I was promised manager intervention, that hasn't happened. All communication has stopped from their end. This will get a canned response, no fixes. Imagine still no call or no fix, I want my money back!
