Requesting documents I believe requesting a 2:days notice (really just 1 day) to submit documents is a short notice - because the request was to submit documents next day by 8:30 am Pacific time zone, and I live in a central time zone. Meaning - the request was really a 1 day notice.

Waste of time and money I started this process in June of 2018 and the process is finally complete. Between state and federal I owed about ten thousand dollars, I went to fidelity believing they'd significantly lower what I owed. After investing a year and over 3300.00 dollars in Fidelity Tax Relief, I still owe ten thousand dollars. I wish I could say my experience was like the others, but it wasn't. They concluded by telling me that I had to set up a payment plan. I could have done that by myself for free. David Lazaro had me convinced that there would be a noticeable difference. I may owe one or two hundred less after working with Fidelity, but again, I invested over 3300.00. It wasn't worth the time and effort, copying pay check stubs, bank statements, bills on several occasions. This was a terrible and embarrassing experience for me.

so far they have done what they've… so far they have done what they've said. although contact is minimal i'm guessing that is just due to the slow process. they have gone above and beyond as far as financial payments. they are expensive and i hope i get my money's worth. everyone i talk with there is always nice and very helpful, especially my case manager Yesenia.

Hard to give a comment on how well they were able to reduce our years owed, until they settled the case w/ the IRS. This is our first time using this type of service. Pray the outcome will be worth singing their praises to all who consider their services. I will be rating & doing another review once all settled.

They kept asking for money to get… They kept asking for money to get started and then I had fees monthly to pay kept getting the run around after I sent all the info requested they even said they will mail me paper work they submitted to the IRS and I have not gotten anything after I have fully paid all there fees and no I’m being contacted by the IRS again. It’s Been more than a year and I’m back to square one
