GBMy agent was very nice but the whole… My agent was very nice but the whole process took entirely too long. I was on the phone with her for one hour and ten minutes. No reason for all that time to just add rental car policy onto the medical insurance I was going to purchase. She apologized many times for all the holding. When all is completed, she now has me included in an email about some price difference that is appearing for AIG and no one has responded back. Also trying to find coverage for rental car and I only see the original trip insurance. Competive prices but why can't I add on my own rental car coverage and get a quote?

GBI just completed my purchase for trip… I just completed my purchase for trip insurance for an upcoming international trip and so far I have been very pleased with Tripinsure101.com . My tour operator recommended them for comparing policies offered. Their website was very easy to understand and then when I had questions I used the chat feature and then when I had more an agent called me and clearly answered additional questions. I also checked a couple other website but I feel their policy coverage is good.

GBFor a Phenomenal Terrific Travel Agent ask for Catrina. I had many, many questions and Catrina answered them with a LOT of patience and was very clear in her explanation. I had a lot of issues I asked her to address and she did a phenomenal job. I thought I had picked the best policy for my specific needs but due to certain facts and information she made another suggestion. I didn't feel pressured, but felt she was honest and making suggestions to were in my best interest. We were on the phone for over 52 minutes and that didn't include the time I had spend earlier this week with another one of your agents.
