GBMy agent was very nice but the whole… My agent was very nice but the whole process took entirely too long. I was on the phone with her for one hour and ten minutes. No reason for all that time to just add rental car policy onto the medical insurance I was going to purchase. She apologized many times for all the holding. When all is completed, she now has me included in an email about some price difference that is appearing for AIG and no one has responded back. Also trying to find coverage for rental car and I only see the original trip insurance. Competive prices but why can't I add on my own rental car coverage and get a quote?

GBSylvia was very good at communicating… Sylvia was very good at communicating via phone. She was able to guide me through the multiple forms for me and my companion. We were disconnected at one point. Sylvia followed up with me to make sure that I completed the forms.

GBExcellent Customer Service! Felica (on Chat) and Amanda, who spoke to me on the phone and walked me through the steps needed to download my policy and ID cards were both great! Very friendly and didn't waste time trying to talk me into something that I did not need. I really appreciate that!
