She was very helpful in finding a plan for both myself & my fiance with all of the coverages we needed and giving us a thorough explanation of the coverage. She followed up with an e mail in the event I wanted to book the policy with her. I did not do this because I wanted to make sure I did the booking on the day of the final payment for the trip.
