I had a lot of issues I asked her to address and she did a phenomenal job. I thought I had picked the best policy for my specific needs but due to certain facts and information she made another suggestion. I didn't feel pressured, but felt she was honest and making suggestions to were in my best interest. We were on the phone for over 52 minutes and that didn't include the time I had spend earlier this week with another one of your agents.
