She was responsive in making a return phone call and made sure all of our questions were answered and we were comfortable.

Sylvia was very good at communicating… Sylvia was very good at communicating via phone. She was able to guide me through the multiple forms for me and my companion. We were disconnected at one point. Sylvia followed up with me to make sure that I completed the forms.
