She followed up with an e mail in the event I wanted to book the policy with her. I did not do this because I wanted to make sure I did the booking on the day of the final payment for the trip.

My agent was very nice but the whole… My agent was very nice but the whole process took entirely too long. I was on the phone with her for one hour and ten minutes. No reason for all that time to just add rental car policy onto the medical insurance I was going to purchase. She apologized many times for all the holding. When all is completed, she now has me included in an email about some price difference that is appearing for AIG and no one has responded back. Also trying to find coverage for rental car and I only see the original trip insurance. Competive prices but why can't I add on my own rental car coverage and get a quote?
