My tour operator recommended them for comparing policies offered. Their website was very easy to understand and then when I had questions I used the chat feature and then when I had more an agent called me and clearly answered additional questions. I also checked a couple other website but I feel their policy coverage is good.

Great help from knowledgeable and personable people to find the right insurance for my trip. I had been looking for travel insurance online and just became more confused with each inquiry. I looked at the TripInsure101 website and filled out some forms requesting information. I received an email after my inquiry which indicated they noticed my inquiry. She was very helpful and asked if there was more information I needed but I told her I would call their number as I had several questions. She asked if I would like one of their agents to call me. I then spoke with Amanda who was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I was so happy to speak with a person rather than just checking boxes on a website. Granted, the website was a great beginning for me but Amanda could answer my questions and concerns. She helped me find the policy that would work for me and my husband at a price that was far better than others I had looked at including the cruise line we booked.
