My tour operator recommended them for comparing policies offered. Their website was very easy to understand and then when I had questions I used the chat feature and then when I had more an agent called me and clearly answered additional questions. I also checked a couple other website but I feel their policy coverage is good.

Excellent Customer Service! Felica (on Chat) and Amanda, who spoke to me on the phone and walked me through the steps needed to download my policy and ID cards were both great! Very friendly and didn't waste time trying to talk me into something that I did not need. I really appreciate that!

Peace Of Mind… Secured insurance through Trip Insure for a bucket list trip to Alaska. Denise and Janet tag teamed and directed me to a comprehensive policy that was affordable yet covered everything. I don't expect to need it but we have peace of mind knowing that if anything causes us to cancel our trip we are covered.
