My tour operator recommended them for comparing policies offered. Their website was very easy to understand and then when I had questions I used the chat feature and then when I had more an agent called me and clearly answered additional questions. I also checked a couple other website but I feel their policy coverage is good.

Complex but navigable Complex but navigable. I talked with two different young men, George (Sunday afternoon, April 14th), and Peter (Monday, April 15th). Both were friendly, informed and informative, and patient, a critical feature when someone is asking for clarification on a complex product. Each had a sense of humor, which lightens a complex topic, and each provided additional information that I did not know to ask about but was grateful to receive. Thanks to them both for helping me make a decision about what would be the better policy for me. Marta

Shanna was wonderful Shanna was wonderful. She took the time to explain my options and helped with a difficult plan. She did not pressure us at any time and allowed me time to collect thoughts. She was responsive in making a return phone call and made sure all of our questions were answered and we were comfortable.

Excellent Customer Service! Felica (on Chat) and Amanda, who spoke to me on the phone and walked me through the steps needed to download my policy and ID cards were both great! Very friendly and didn't waste time trying to talk me into something that I did not need. I really appreciate that!

My agent was very nice but the whole… My agent was very nice but the whole process took entirely too long. I was on the phone with her for one hour and ten minutes. No reason for all that time to just add rental car policy onto the medical insurance I was going to purchase. She apologized many times for all the holding. When all is completed, she now has me included in an email about some price difference that is appearing for AIG and no one has responded back. Also trying to find coverage for rental car and I only see the original trip insurance. Competive prices but why can't I add on my own rental car coverage and get a quote?
