She followed up with an e mail in the event I wanted to book the policy with her. I did not do this because I wanted to make sure I did the booking on the day of the final payment for the trip.

Peace Of Mind… Secured insurance through Trip Insure for a bucket list trip to Alaska. Denise and Janet tag teamed and directed me to a comprehensive policy that was affordable yet covered everything. I don't expect to need it but we have peace of mind knowing that if anything causes us to cancel our trip we are covered.

Both were friendly, informed and informative, and patient, a critical feature when someone is asking for clarification on a complex product.
