She followed up with an e mail in the event I wanted to book the policy with her. I did not do this because I wanted to make sure I did the booking on the day of the final payment for the trip.

Great help from knowledgeable and personable people to find the right insurance for my trip. I had been looking for travel insurance online and just became more confused with each inquiry. I looked at the TripInsure101 website and filled out some forms requesting information. I received an email after my inquiry which indicated they noticed my inquiry. I went back to their website and opened a chat with their agent Sereniti. She was very helpful and asked if there was more information I needed but I told her I would call their number as I had several questions. She asked if I would like one of their agents to call me. I answered yes and before we were done with our chat, my phone rang. I expected to have to wait a few hours but it happened very fast. Thank you Sereniti! I then spoke with Amanda who was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I was so happy to speak with a person rather than just checking boxes on a website. Granted, the website was a great beginning for me but Amanda could answer my questions and concerns. She helped me find the policy that would work for me and my husband at a price that was far better than others I had looked at including the cruise line we booked. TripInsure 101 will be my go-to travel insurance provider for all my future needs. My thanks to Amanda for being so understanding and helpful. My agent was very nice but the whole… My agent was very nice but the whole process took entirely too long. I was on the phone with her for one hour and ten minutes. No reason for all that time to just add rental car policy onto the medical insurance I was going to purchase. She apologized many times for all the holding. When all is completed, she now has me included in an email about some price difference that is appearing for AIG and no one has responded back. Also trying to find coverage for rental car and I only see the original trip insurance. Competive prices but why can't I add on my own rental car coverage and get a quote?

Sylvia was very good at communicating… Sylvia was very good at communicating via phone. She was able to guide me through the multiple forms for me and my companion. We were disconnected at one point. Sylvia followed up with me to make sure that I completed the forms.
