Great help from knowledgeable and personable people to find the right insurance for my trip. I had been looking for travel insurance online and just became more confused with each inquiry. I looked at the TripInsure101 website and filled out some forms requesting information. I received an email after my inquiry which indicated they noticed my inquiry. I went back to their website and opened a chat with their agent Sereniti. She was very helpful and asked if there was more information I needed but I told her I would call their number as I had several questions. She asked if I would like one of their agents to call me. I answered yes and before we were done with our chat, my phone rang. I expected to have to wait a few hours but it happened very fast. Thank you Sereniti! I then spoke with Amanda who was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I was so happy to speak with a person rather than just checking boxes on a website. Granted, the website was a great beginning for me but Amanda could answer my questions and concerns. She helped me find the policy that would work for me and my husband at a price that was far better than others I had looked at including the cruise line we booked. For a Phenomenal Terrific Travel Agent ask for Catrina. I had many, many questions and Catrina answered them with a LOT of patience and was very clear in her explanation. I had a lot of issues I asked her to address and she did a phenomenal job. I thought I had picked the best policy for my specific needs but due to certain facts and information she made another suggestion. I didn't feel pressured, but felt she was honest and making suggestions to were in my best interest. We were on the phone for over 52 minutes and that didn't include the time I had spend earlier this week with another one of your agents.
