No reason for all that time to just add rental car policy onto the medical insurance I was going to purchase. She apologized many times for all the holding. When all is completed, she now has me included in an email about some price difference that is appearing for AIG and no one has responded back. Also trying to find coverage for rental car and I only see the original trip insurance. Competive prices but why can't I add on my own rental car coverage and get a quote?

Both were friendly, informed and informative, and patient, a critical feature when someone is asking for clarification on a complex product. Each had a sense of humor, which lightens a complex topic, and each provided additional information that I did not know to ask about but was grateful to receive.
