Great help from knowledgeable and personable people to find the right insurance for my trip. I had been looking for travel insurance online and just became more confused with each inquiry. I then spoke with Amanda who was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I was so happy to speak with a person rather than just checking boxes on a website. Granted, the website was a great beginning for me but Amanda could answer my questions and concerns. She helped me find the policy that would work for me and my husband at a price that was far better than others I had looked at including the cruise line we booked. She followed up with an e mail in the event I wanted to book the policy with her. I did not do this because I wanted to make sure I did the booking on the day of the final payment for the trip.
