Great help from knowledgeable and personable people to find the right insurance for my trip. I had been looking for travel insurance online and just became more confused with each inquiry. I looked at the TripInsure101 website and filled out some forms requesting information. I received an email after my inquiry which indicated they noticed my inquiry. I went back to their website and opened a chat with their agent Sereniti. She was very helpful and asked if there was more information I needed but I told her I would call their number as I had several questions. She asked if I would like one of their agents to call me. I answered yes and before we were done with our chat, my phone rang. I expected to have to wait a few hours but it happened very fast. Thank you Sereniti! I then spoke with Amanda who was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I was so happy to speak with a person rather than just checking boxes on a website. Granted, the website was a great beginning for me but Amanda could answer my questions and concerns. She helped me find the policy that would work for me and my husband at a price that was far better than others I had looked at including the cruise line we booked. TripInsure 101 will be my go-to travel insurance provider for all my future needs. My thanks to Amanda for being so understanding and helpful.
