Their website was very easy to understand and then when I had questions I used the chat feature and then when I had more an agent called me and clearly answered additional questions. I also checked a couple other website but I feel their policy coverage is good.

Both were friendly, informed and informative, and patient, a critical feature when someone is asking for clarification on a complex product. Each had a sense of humor, which lightens a complex topic, and each provided additional information that I did not know to ask about but was grateful to receive.
