Both were friendly, informed and informative, and patient, a critical feature when someone is asking for clarification on a complex product. Each had a sense of humor, which lightens a complex topic, and each provided additional information that I did not know to ask about but was grateful to receive. Peace Of Mind… Secured insurance through Trip Insure for a bucket list trip to Alaska. Denise and Janet tag teamed and directed me to a comprehensive policy that was affordable yet covered everything. I don't expect to need it but we have peace of mind knowing that if anything causes us to cancel our trip we are covered.

Sylvia was very good at communicating… Sylvia was very good at communicating via phone. She was able to guide me through the multiple forms for me and my companion. We were disconnected at one point. Sylvia followed up with me to make sure that I completed the forms.
