GBgreat experience! I recently had flooding in the lower level of my split level house and needed to file a claim. Citizens responded quickly and worked with me to figure out the damage. They issued a check soon after. This is the first time I have had to file an insurance claim and it went very well.

GBWe have home and auto through Citizens… We have home and auto through Citizens and it has been a breeze to work with them. Their on line access is easy to use. I like being able to have my insurance data at my fingertips. Thankfully, we have not had to file any claims but their reporting process seems smooth and easy as well.

GBGreat service and prompt response. Prompt response to damage to my truck from a hail storm. I appreciated your help in scheduling the repairs and all the necessary paperwork. Also made arrangements for a loaner car while my truck was in for repairs. The most satisfying part of the entire process was the great appearance of my repaired truck...it looked like new.

GBI had few claims (luckily) through the… I had few claims (luckily) through the years but whenever I have a question I can get through to my wonderful agent right away. If she’s not there, another agent responds and my question or problem is taken care of. I’ve never been put off and they always respond! My agent checks each year at renewal time to find the best coverage for home and cars with the most reasonable cost.
