Setting up Medicare Advantage with Cigna My experience with my enrollment with Cigna Medicare Adantage was excellent. I am a research pharmacist and was very impressed with my agent Lilian, she was patient,kind and very knowledgeable about the products. She was able answer all my questions and concerns. She listen and provided professional answers. Then I spoke to Kimberly who walked me through the survey and asked if I had any other questions.
