First time It was a different experience but Ricardo helped me understand the process not sure I got it. But he did an awesome job. Took all the time needed and he didn’t rush it. I think I’m happy with the plan but I won’t know until I put it to use. Thank you

Superb customer service The representative that I spoke with (Patrice) was very knowledgeable and patient. She asked me questions to assure that she found the most advantageous plan that fit the need of my husband any myself.

Jessica was amazing My Medicare advantage experience went way better than I had thought. Jessica went above and beyond for me checking plans and even going as far as to individually checking to make sure my doctors were in my network.
