USOld ears and a dislike of giving private information over the phone I felt that the insurance person was very knowledgeable, but went through everything too quickly. I have a hard time doing things over the phone because I don't hear well. I feel uncomfortable giving personal information over the phone, so I would prefer in-person time with hard copies to look at and refer to. I don't understand why one plan would cover the entire amount of a procedure when another would only cover what Medicare allows - that doesn't make it easy for an old fart that has no idea what's ahead or what a given doctor may charge.
