I have Anthem Blue, it has helped for groceries, OTC items, (vitamins, etc), no co pays for medication ( I would imagine it may be a bit different for everyone) The adds that pop up on your phone are the real deal!! Must have Medicare A & B

I thought you were informative and Caring I thought you were informative and caring, wanting to make sure I understood what being with your company meant and services offered. You helped with a lot of my fears...I still have some of those fears. But I feel it's because I have not gone through the process yet of using your services. If that makes sense. I was treated with respect and care. I appreciate that.

Old ears and a dislike of giving private information over the phone I felt that the insurance person was very knowledgeable, but went through everything too quickly. I have a hard time doing things over the phone because I don't hear well. I feel uncomfortable giving personal information over the phone, so I would prefer in-person time with hard copies to look at and refer to. I don't understand why one plan would cover the entire amount of a procedure when another would only cover what Medicare allows - that doesn't make it easy for an old fart that has no idea what's ahead or what a given doctor may charge.
