GBFinally someone other than Nationwide… Finally someone other than Nationwide has pet insurance! They are horrible at listening to customers and they lie about their plans. This company sounds promising!! Customer service has been great thus far.

GBCarmen was AMAZING!! I worked with Carmen and she was simply WONDERFUL!! She was so kind, and very knowledgeable of the product. She stayed on the phone with me through the entire process. She also followed up with a text the next day with a few reminders (and it was Saturday). Her customer service skills are top notch!!!!
