From their sales to claims to customer service departments, they have consistently exceeded my expectations for an insurance company. Their customer service is exceptional, and their claims handling process is both speedy and fair. It's no surprise they have the highest ratings of any pet insurance company. Pleased I signed up for pet insurance with Prudent Pet via telephone. My own insurance agent was very helpful and when several questions couldn't be answered by her, she asked my permission to have a customer service representative from Prudent Pet contact me in order for my concerns to be fully addressed. She explained everything in detail and gave me the feeling I made the right choice for insurance for our family dog.

Carmen was AMAZING!! I worked with Carmen and she was simply WONDERFUL!! She was so kind, and very knowledgeable of the product. She stayed on the phone with me through the entire process.
