Alan is fantastic! Talking to a live person who takes the time to compare policies & answer all your questions is marvelous!!! Alan was so knowledgeable and patient. He made this normally horrendous task of comparing insurance policies/coverages so very easy. I did both my auto & my homeowners policies & saved over $1,800 with the same coverage that I previously had!! I strongly recommend talking to Covered Insurance, especially Alan!!

Waste of time! I was directed to Covered through a moving concierge program. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with the first agent, while he checked for both auto and home insurance for our move from FL to GA. He quoted me a great price on both policies using Progressive, and then said he'd be back in touch on 3/12/24 to firm things up. He never called back. I called them and got a different agent, who put all the items together that the first agent had, and then asked for our home inspection report. He sent that to Progressive and they rejected us for home insurance. That report was for us to negotiate a better deal on this house. It's an old house and has had a couple of leaks that were repaired at the time and never a problem again. I called Traveler's immediately and got great policies on both home and auto - no inspection report requested. I spent well over 4 hours with agents from Covered and got only more worry and dread.
