Waste of time! I was directed to Covered through a moving concierge program. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with the first agent, while he checked for both auto and home insurance for our move from FL to GA. He quoted me a great price on both policies using Progressive, and then said he'd be back in touch on 3/12/24 to firm things up. He never called back. I called them and got a different agent, who put all the items together that the first agent had, and then asked for our home inspection report. He sent that to Progressive and they rejected us for home insurance. That report was for us to negotiate a better deal on this house. It's an old house and has had a couple of leaks that were repaired at the time and never a problem again. I called Traveler's immediately and got great policies on both home and auto - no inspection report requested. I spent well over 4 hours with agents from Covered and got only more worry and dread.

She deserves kudos too. She helped me navigate the website, made sure to cancel my 'old' policy and answered all of my questions and concerns. I am totally impressed with Covered Insurance Solutions! Jake has secued me quotes that provide me with greater insurance coverage at a significant savings. Jake has far exceeded my expectations. He is wonderful to work with.

I happened to find the policy I was looking for on Saturday afternoon so I left a message. I received a return call Monday morning. Erica Maffei was the agent I worked with; she was very helpful and personable. She talked through different quote options with me and found me a good deal on a home and auto bundle.
