Wonderful Experience My interaction with Lincoln Heritage Associates for my funeral policy was great. My representative Robin Akin was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and courteous. She explained all of the policies available and listened to my requests and provided exactly the type of policy I am currently enrolled with. She did not waste my time trying to sell me a policy I was not interested in and provided my options and monetary expenses in line with my budget.

They explained and answered all my… Approximately two weeks ago on March 4,2024 I called to find out what "final expenses" meant. It was graciously explained to me and all my questions were answered. And if after I thought I understood, if I still didn't, they patiently explained it again. The whole experience was great and simply amazing. It turned out to be easy, how simple you can plan everything, and do it all before hand. Now that's what I call stress-free. I'm so glad I did this, now everything is taken care of. Wonderful and respectful service… I received my packet a lot sooner than expected however the two questionnaire pages were in Spanish. I understand and read Spanish but my children do not. I called and was told another packet would be mailed out. I am now waiting for it to arrive. Service was courteous, and very reassuring. I deeply appreciated being spoken to as an adult since lately it seems many companies, including healthcare providers, speak to the elderly as if we were two year olds. I have been recommending your services to my friends and relatives.

Extremely Satisfied Ms. Payne was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in purchasing. The process was easy to complete and the information was easy to undetstand. I appreciate Ms. Payne for her assistance in providing me with peace of mind in taking care of my future funeral needs and her attention to customer service. I recently had two Matriarchs in our family die within days of each other. Devastating for sure, but each Woman had the forsight to have paid funeral arrangements in place.
