They explained and answered all my… Approximately two weeks ago on March 4,2024 I called to find out what "final expenses" meant. It was graciously explained to me and all my questions were answered. And if after I thought I understood, if I still didn't, they patiently explained it again. The whole experience was great and simply amazing. It turned out to be easy, how simple you can plan everything, and do it all before hand. Now that's what I call stress-free. I'm so glad I did this, now everything is taken care of. The nice insurance lady! Well the lady that helped me was very nice and helpful she explained everything to me so that I could understand not like other insurance companies that don't explain nothing to you or take the time to answer the questions there always in a hurry but she was very nice and calmed and curtious. I'm happy with her. I wish I could remember her name.
