Online Application The online application process was very smooth. I received a quote quickly, signed up for the policy, and my coverage started the same day!

Over a month trying to…. Over a month trying to allow my employer to pay my premium as a kind benefit. The check had to be resent and for over two weeks I’m told you guys couldn’t scan it in and then!!! On May 1 I get an email that a pdf form must be signed by me for 3rd party etc… she only wanted to pay the policy not make changes or anything. You guys made it very difficult for us and so I just paid it myself and hopefully you do return the check you ever receive and fix the system for this type of transaction. For others too.

It is easy to renew online It is easy to renew online, I just wish the bill was more detailed. There were costs that were not clearly identified. Also would appreciate if you had a program for reduced costs, incentives. Multiple other companies are offering slightly better rates but renewal process was so easy i stayed for another year.

Definitely a good and useful learning experience Well, from what was asked and required of me this experience was quite comfortable and it was easy ro understand. It was plain and simple. There was nothing really hard or unable to understand and that I appreciate and I will always remember.
