USUse of an electronic application was easy… Use of an electronic application was easy to understand and follow. Good job. I wish there was a text box to clarify practice settings when prescribing is prohibited and prescribing privileges are not required. Instructions for passwords should include entering the special characters in the middle of the password instead of the end. After multiple attempts being denied, a 30 second phone call with proper instructions resolved the issue.

USProliability Professional Policy Renewal 2024 1. I had a QUES re: an ADD-on to EXISTING Policy prior to renewing. Info needed was NOT found on website FAQs so I emailed. I received a specific response to my question via email in less than 24 hrs which allowed me to quickly COMPLETE the RENEWAL Process of Policy; 2. I received via email within a few HOURs of online RENEWAL that my Policy was renewed/issued as requested w/accompanying Policy, MOI, & payment documentation all ATTACHED; 3. The period during the 'company' buy-out was quite `atrocious', but, improved CUSTOMER online service & timeliness of SERVICE has GREATLY IMPROVED since that dismal `experience'.
