A good company to do business with I was beginning to think there wasn’t an insurance company out there that wasn’t going up often because of the excuse that everything else was going up. That is ridiculous! Pronto is for the workingman and retired person who is on a limited income.

Cancellation Fee’s I’ve been with Pronto about a year and a half. I recently traded in my vehicles and called to replace the old vehicles with the new ones only to be told they aren’t allowed to cover 2024 vehicles yet… it’s almost 1/2 way through the year and they’re not covering 2024’s? I find this odd. So I had to find a completely different insurance after just renewing my policy a week ago. I called to cancel the policy with Pronto and yes I know I’ll be charged for the days of coverage but they also charge a cancellation fee. I would totally understand if I left Pronto for any other reason BUT this was out of my control since Pronto WON’T cover new vehicles. I honestly don’t like being charged for something that was out of my hands. I had no other choice but to switch companies 😑
