GBTerrible company Terrible company. They promise a max of 48 hour turnaround and don’t even come close to that. They lied to me and manipulated me to get my business and secure my contract and then didn’t uphold their promises. I never would have bound coverage with the company that takes more than 48 hours to produce a certificate of insurance. I often need these immediately and this company does not hold up their promises. Terrible customer service. They will trick you lie to you and manipulate you. Do not trust this company.

GBMy rep was named Zion The person who assisted me was named Zion?( I think that's what she said) She was not only patient but she knew her product and helped explain options in easy to understand terms. I didn’t feel pressured but aware of my options and confident in my decisions. I was very happy with her customer service and would suggest she train others in product knowledge and customer service.

GBA little deceptive but it worked out Candace, my rep was very clear & answered all my questions confidently. Pleased me on hold to research when she was unsure which showed honesty. The only thing I was upset about is that the Google listing gave the impression I was calling Hartford insurance which is what the link was named. Although that was deceptive, I was able to get a competitive price on the policy I was acquiring.

GBThe website was extremely customer… The website was extremely customer friendly. The walk thru prompts very useful and the turnaround time (w/ payment options) sealed the deal for me. Please include the business ratings of the companies at the beginning or more prominent on the website. Otherwise, keep up the professionalism and customer friendly web experience.
