GBThe small town insurance agent is only a memory The small town insurance agent is a thing of the past. Greed has taken this over also. When I call for any reason it’s always a voicemail to receive a call back, this call was for a simple address change that Ive called the previous two years about. I work also and when I get a break during work to place a call I’d like to speak to someone. It’s probably the one monthly expense that I feel I get the least out of paying for. Thankfully I’ve never had a huge claim and I pray I never do but the few small claims I’ve had, it seemed the main objective from the beginning of the claim process was to get out of paying anything. Like I said small town customer service is gone.
