Friendly and helpful staff Both the receptionist/administrative assistant and our representative were very friendly and helpful. I was really expecting the process to take quite some time, but both of these ladies were very knowledgeable and were able to take my information and get our new vehicle covered under our policy quickly and efficiently. It was so much appreciated as I had a number of things that I needed to get taken care of that morning.
