Everyone on the staff was friendly, walked me through the whole process and provided timely communication and updates even if we were waiting on the insurance company. GBTakes time to find a policy that meets your needs Talked with me to determine what insurance was really needed / wanted and found something at an affordable price that fit. When one option didn't work, the insurance rep found another that did without any pressure. It took me a couple months to make up my mind and other than a friendly reminder email after a month or so, didn't push me. I have used the company in the past and even though she probably has hundreds of clients, Elizabeth Yaeger was able to treat me like she remembered who I was and what my situation was. That made a huge difference in the good outcome.
