USGood service, bad guess on pricing. I found the customer service and follow-up good. They were responsive to questions and acting as an intermediary with the insurance provider. I was pretty disappointed with the insurance price quote. The initial quote (pic life best guess) was about half of what I actually received.

USExcellent communication during the… Excellent communication during the application process. Less than 5 years before retirement and I realized my 1M life policy through my work association ends with my retirement, that makes sense. I replaced that policy with a 10 year level term, 1M and saved several hundred dollars each month. I can’t imagine I will need it but the new policy will still be affordable in retirement.

When one option didn't work, the insurance rep found another that did without any pressure. It took me a couple months to make up my mind and other than a friendly reminder email after a month or so, didn't push me. I have used the company in the past and even though she probably has hundreds of clients, Elizabeth Yaeger was able to treat me like she remembered who I was and what my situation was. That made a huge difference in the good outcome.
