Great company for aviation oriented life insurance! First off, the team is very knowledgeable about aviation and the nuances of getting insurance for pilots. Everyone on the staff was friendly, walked me through the whole process and provided timely communication and updates even if we were waiting on the insurance company. I have been with them for 5+ years and when it came time to update coverage, it was an easy choice to go back to PIC.

Good service, bad guess on pricing. I found the customer service and follow-up good. They were responsive to questions and acting as an intermediary with the insurance provider. I was pretty disappointed with the insurance price quote. The initial quote (pic life best guess) was about half of what I actually received.
