GBGood service, bad guess on pricing. I found the customer service and follow-up good. They were responsive to questions and acting as an intermediary with the insurance provider. I was pretty disappointed with the insurance price quote. The initial quote (pic life best guess) was about half of what I actually received.

GBExcellent communication during the… Excellent communication during the application process. Less than 5 years before retirement and I realized my 1M life policy through my work association ends with my retirement, that makes sense. I replaced that policy with a 10 year level term, 1M and saved several hundred dollars each month. I can’t imagine I will need it but the new policy will still be affordable in retirement.

It took me a couple months to make up my mind and other than a friendly reminder email after a month or so, didn't push me. I have used the company in the past and even though she probably has hundreds of clients, Elizabeth Yaeger was able to treat me like she remembered who I was and what my situation was. That made a huge difference in the good outcome.
