When one option didn't work, the insurance rep found another that did without any pressure. It took me a couple months to make up my mind and other than a friendly reminder email after a month or so, didn't push me. I have used the company in the past and even though she probably has hundreds of clients, Elizabeth Yaeger was able to treat me like she remembered who I was and what my situation was. GBGood service, bad guess on pricing. I found the customer service and follow-up good. They were responsive to questions and acting as an intermediary with the insurance provider. I was pretty disappointed with the insurance price quote. The initial quote (pic life best guess) was about half of what I actually received.
