Everyone on the staff was friendly, walked me through the whole process and provided timely communication and updates even if we were waiting on the insurance company. GBGood service, bad guess on pricing. I found the customer service and follow-up good. They were responsive to questions and acting as an intermediary with the insurance provider. I was pretty disappointed with the insurance price quote. The initial quote (pic life best guess) was about half of what I actually received.
