World Class in Service. Suzzie was the best insurance agent I've ever dealt with ever. She was very informative, extremely patient and kind. She made sure all the information needed was transparent. I became ill during the process and she was very understanding. She kept me updated on what needed to be done and or submitted. She kept in contact during the entire process. I could go on and on. I was contacted by Branch and was able to get a new policy that suited our needs. Everyone was very helpful, and worked with us to get the info and policy we needed. Very, very pleased with Branch.

Reliable support and great communication I had a roof leak and considerable interior damage. The claims adjuster I was assigned, Richard Hoftiezer, was outstanding. He called me an hour or so after I submitted the claim, and he gave me advice and instructions for how to proceed. Talking to him helped me calm down and feel like the problem would be solved. He immediately sent my case over to a managed repair company, he helped me communicate with them, he handled their repair estimate promptly and he answered all my questions. In short, he has was responsive and helpful at every step of the process and he significantly reduced my stress about the situation. I felt that he really cared, and did his job exceptionally well.
