With homeowners insurance, they've raised rates by 25%-35% without claims and employ questionable tactics. Many police departments don't respond to home break-ins promptly, prioritizing other duties. Homeowners are now tasked with their own security, relying on companies like Ring and Blink (owned by Amazon) for surveillance. While these systems can be monitored and recordings stored in the cloud, homeowners also have the option to keep recordings locally on their digital chip. It all based on the internet and wifi. You know what happens when internet it does not work. These serve as evidence of a breach, and you report to the police, potentially impacting insurance rates. In this technological age, burdening the police, who may take 20-30 minutes to respond to home burglaries, is unnecessary. World Class in Service. Suzzie was the best insurance agent I've ever dealt with ever. She was very informative, extremely patient and kind. She made sure all the information needed was transparent. I became ill during the process and she was very understanding. She kept me updated on what needed to be done and or submitted. She kept in contact during the entire process. I could go on and on.
