Very positive experience The whole process of filing a claim for my car accident was very simple and straightforward. I filed it at night and the next morning an agent was already in contact with me. They requested pictures of the damage to provide a first quote. In a matter of one week I received a check in my mailbox so I could take the car in a body shop to get it repaired. They also helped me to get my deductible paid by the other driver’s insurance because it was his fault (mini tort in Michigan). I received frequent updates from the agent guiding me through the process. The repair shop also claimed with them additional parts for the repair and no problems or delays were reported.

Homeowners are now tasked with their own security, relying on companies like Ring and Blink (owned by Amazon) for surveillance. While these systems can be monitored and recordings stored in the cloud, homeowners also have the option to keep recordings locally on their digital chip. It all based on the internet and wifi. You know what happens when internet it does not work. These serve as evidence of a breach, and you report to the police, potentially impacting insurance rates. In this technological age, burdening the police, who may take 20-30 minutes to respond to home burglaries, is unnecessary. There aren't enough officers to address every home burglary, although they do respond to commercial burglaries and armed robberies. Branch Insurance seems to view customers as mere sources of revenue. I cannot in good faith recommend them. They force good people to burden their losses.

He called me an hour or so after I submitted the claim, and he gave me advice and instructions for how to proceed. Talking to him helped me calm down and feel like the problem would be solved. He immediately sent my case over to a managed repair company, he helped me communicate with them, he handled their repair estimate promptly and he answered all my questions. In short, he has was responsive and helpful at every step of the process and he significantly reduced my stress about the situation. I felt that he really cared, and did his job exceptionally well.
