Extremely happy with my experience My experience with Fidelity far exceeded my expectations. On several occasions I made changes to my policy. I contacted my agent and he returned my call immediately, was more than patient and made the changes I requested. I received my new policy timely, had a question. I called Fidelity, talked to a representative who answered my question immediately.

I contacted them for a quote I contacted them for a quote, spoke to Carlos Lewis, he insisted I give all my information for payment to hold this quote till I receive the packet in the mail within 7 to 10 days. At that time I could choose if I wanted the plan or not.2 days later I'm being charged for it, I never authorized it. Trying to cancel is another fun time, one call and was transferred to 9 different people, finally got one that could help, told me a refund would be in my account within 7 to 10 days. Nothing on 10th day, I called and was told my refund was in review and could take another week. They use deceptive practices to get your money . Give you a runaround to get a cancelation and treat you like dirt. Would not recommend this company!!!
