GBWebsite to update policy info does not… Website to update policy info does not work properly. Company never took any beneficiary info other than name, which I find troublesome. A name is not unique. Thousands could be called John Smith. Why isn't a social security number required? Furthermore, the fact that you don't require it or even thought it was necessary makes me question the legitimacy of your company.

GBExtremely happy with my experience My experience with Fidelity far exceeded my expectations. On several occasions I made changes to my policy. I contacted my agent and he returned my call immediately, was more than patient and made the changes I requested. I received my new policy timely, had a question. I called Fidelity, talked to a representative who answered my question immediately.
