They helped me find the nearest urgent care and let me know exactly what to do to file a claim. Then followed up with me via email to see how I felt! I didn't end up going to the doctor and haven't needed a claim (thank goodness). But so far, I will continue to use Faye for my travel insurance needs just based on my initial interactions.

GBit was nice to have peace of mind it was nice to have peace of mind. I did slip and fall on some hard Stone sidewalk I was okay I just iced it and took some Aspirin however it was nice to know that I did have insurance in case I needed it in the Dominican Republic
