GBAlways be ready Always be ready. Have a back-up. Call your credit companies let them know where you are traveling so there are no issues and take two credit cards. Tokyo is a world class city, but there are language issues so make sure you have an app on your smartphone to act as an interpreter if needed. The intercity train system is flawless. It does take a day or two to be totally familiar.

GBFaye is the way to go. My refund was given in about a week ....when I first submitted my claim I receive an email almost immediately!
