I was so fortunate to have linda nyakonda to assist me.I told her not to speak fast when she us English she did her best in a way she end up using the language that I can understand better . she was so calm and nice to me she Did her best in oder for me to understand everything thing. Best service provider and excellent manners I can only review Mapula Khakhathiba for the best service she provided for me. She took her time to allocate my refund money which was not appearing on my One plan card. As for the calling itself, I pray that this system could be made better. Moreover when a person had an accident or should go see Doctor immediately. One has to hold the line for a very long time Zukiswalynette
