GBWORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH Submitted an invoice for a vet visit which they requested from me, and 6 months later cancelled my insurance and moved to a different country (this was two years ago). Nothing was mentioned when I cancelled that anything was outstanding. Nearly two years later and I have debt collectors contacting me on behalf of Oneplan for a “missing invoice” which was sent to them multiple times (They kept contacting me claiming I hadn’t sent it). They dont respond to my mails to try get this resolved. They claim they have tried to contact me multiple times - I have never received a single email back from any of my responses to them with email chains attached. Absolute shambles of a company. Very quick to hand you over to debt collectors rather than try sort amicably.

ZADouble debit 😫 I called on 03Feb to apply. In order for cover to start immediately, I needed to make an eft payment on the same day which I did. On 07Feb I was debited for the same amount. I contacted my consultant on 07Feb and arrangements were made for a refund. It's 12Feb and the refund has not come through 🙄 now I have lost my patience and want this resolved asap

ZAI emailed twice regarding a query and… I emailed twice regarding a query and received to reply. This morning, I had time to try and find another method of contact and found your What's App number. I got a quick response from Mapaseka Dinake who was excellent. She sorted out my query quickly and without any fuss. So unusual for an insurance company! Thank you....
