GBDidn’t receive my id card in the mail When I called to renew my plan I asked about a hard copy member id card and if I could get one. I was told they are now being made in plastic and I would receive one in the mail within about 1 week. I called back after two weeks because I didn’t receive my card and was told by the dental plans rep that the card was never ordered. He then confirmed an order was then placed and I would receive the plastic card in the mail. Representative training is needed on this topic.

GBKind, professional customer service The agent was very helpful in updating my new subscription right away while I was at my dentist's office outside before I had my procedure. She gave me an option to save by getting a 2 year subscription and was very nice and supportive.

GBI was given a price with a discount but… I was given a price with a discount but I was charged more and discount was never applied. Not sure if I will continue

GBWas happy to take advantage of the 10%… Was happy to take advantage of the 10% discount! It helps offset the the cost of my dental cleanings and gives an overall discount on most needed procedures. The lady on the phone was very kind and helpful and knew and understood what she was selling! It is not insurance it is a discount plan! A reduced fee plan! For me I get most of my money back on saved fee’s! Or let’s say a discount on the charge! It all depends on each individual situation on how much you can save! It has work for me! I happy with my savings to this point!
