Over 20 hours on wait and dozens of calls, tops the chart of worst experience ever for insurance. No follow up and every time I call I have to explain everything again for like 20 minutes. Use any company but them.

GBUnresponsive In December 2023 I got charged twice for my insurance (one from escrow and one from a credit card). Steadily was not able to match the payment and support is unresponsive. UPDATE: Got it resolved after 4 months.
