Quick and Easy I haven't actually needed to use this insurance yet, but signing up was fantastic. Nearly everything in the process could be handled online or through text message, which was convenient for my schedule, and the person I worked with was both knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to secure an insurance policy that was right for me in a very short timeframe, much faster than with other companies, and the policy seems to be very well priced for everything that's offered.

We were buying a home for my inlaws and and several companies either declined coverage or wanted us to move our existing home, auto, and umbrella policies to them as a condition of insuring the 2nd home. Now I'm seriously considering moving my other policies from a national insurance company that's supposed to "be on my side" to Steadily because they listened to our needs and shot us straight. I couldn't be happier.

Unresponsive In December 2023 I got charged twice for my insurance (one from escrow and one from a credit card). Steadily was not able to match the payment and support is unresponsive. UPDATE: Got it resolved after 4 months.
