GBI am struggling with the payment… I am struggling with the payment portion as PIOLT did not take my Marcus Goldman Sachs info. Then I said wire transfer, but I never got a screen that said which account the funds would be withdrawn from. Then, I was routed to the paper portion which said success. At this time, I still do not know how this application will be funded.

GBWould have given a zero star if… Update. Finally received a phone call. Nice person and was given the explanation that it “will take a couple weeks” before the policy and documents will appear. Was able to set up the portal and did finally receive the policy confirmation in the portal of a policy number. Almost 2 weeks from the time the cash was out of my account until the policy was issued and started earning interest. Some sort of confirmation of a policy application and payment of interest from the day they have your cash would be a great improvement for Canvas. Initial review: Would have given a zero star if possible. Authorized ACH premium payment. They took the money immediately out of my account but never sent any documents - no policy to be found. Emailed and called and left a message and no reply. Do not be the next victim. Will for sure be a long and protracted legal process to hopefully some day recover something. Will update if there is a different outcome but thus far this company appears to not be legit.

GBGreat rates, great service I'm not savvy with online banking, transfers or even email. I wouldn't have been able to transfer the money without the customer support. She literally guided me through the process even though I kept making mistakes , costing her time. When transferring from another investment or brokerage the application process was to difficult for me. I would have gave up and put my money elsewhere if it hadn't been for Nicole.
