USGreat rates and website! The rates from Canvas are about the best I have found anywhere. The website was very informational and answered most questions up front. Only issue I had was that it appears the chat function is not monitored. I got no response after a day and a half of trying. The phone system is often backed up and I never received a callback. However, I just kept calling until I was able to reach a live person. I expect to be satisfied with my Canvas annuity investment.

USGreat Annuity Rates, Easy Application The fixed annuity rates were very good. The online application was easy. I have contacted the customer service a few times and got good response. I would like to see more information either online or in the contract to clearly see the maturity value at the end of each year if no withdrawals were made. Also, early withdrawal penalty amount should be clearly displayed by the end of each year.

USWho Needs An Agent? Not Me !!! Online digital application is neat, clean, comprehensible, easy to follow step by step instructions. The customer service is fantastic. They answer emails very quickly; they return phone call very quickly as well. The portal is the best. Everything is there...info, correspondence inbound and out, easy to edit and update; all financial data at your fingertips.

USGreat rates, great service I'm not savvy with online banking, transfers or even email. I wouldn't have been able to transfer the money without the customer support. She literally guided me through the process even though I kept making mistakes , costing her time. When transferring from another investment or brokerage the application process was to difficult for me. I would have gave up and put my money elsewhere if it hadn't been for Nicole.

USOverall Easy and Fast Process Originally researched online and had a couple policy questions, so I called. Canvas was able to answer my questions completely. Applied online a few days later and all went pretty well. Only suggestion would be to identify all required fields on all forms/screens; needed to use "chat" to clarify that I was not able to process beneficiaries without including email addresses. Overall though, pretty easy and fast process.
