GBClaim process When i reported a claim, it was handled quickly and professionally. I was assigned a claim number, and representative right away. The representative contacted me on a daily basis. Thank you Brittany Johnson. Brittany kept me informed though the claim process.

GBI don’t like the increase in premiums… I don’t like the increase in premiums every year. I have not had a claim ever.nor have I hpreceicpved a moving violation.

GBI have never made a claim I have never made a claim, so I cannot respond to that issue. What contacts if have had with Acuity has always been handled well and timely. From conversations with friends and neighbors, Acuity's coverage and premiums are the best by far.

GBNot Worth It I wish I could raise our rates as much as your company does. I can’t keep up with the increased costs you implement. I’ll continue to look for alternatives to the product you offer. It’s very frustrating to feel taken advantage of the price increases that get pushed at us with little to no options. I would not recommend your company.
