GBWe had never filed a homeowners claim… We had never filed a homeowners claim before so I didn't know how smoothly it would proceed. We thought that our roof may have had hail damage because numerous homes in our neighborhood were being replaced. Called our local agent and the entire process from inspections, payment and replacement went extremely well. Very happy!!

GBDamaged car I had damage to my car caused by rubbish on the road. I had decided to just "live with it." Finally game Acuity a call. I was so surprised to hear a friendly voice understand my issue and take immediate action to bring it to a close. GBClaim coverage in event of policyholder's death. I had a question regarding coverage in the event I died and would a claim filed by my heirs be recognized and covered. I received a quick response, which to my relief, indicated that as long as the policy was paid up, my heirs and assigns would be able to file and collect on claims covered under the policy.

GBThe 50% rate increase is appalling The 50% rate increase is appalling. You, along with the entire industry, are price gauging. I’d like to look at your bottom line (P&L) comparison year over year and see the justification for a 50% increase to your customers. Crazy thing is, I had a claim last year. Turns out that increases rates. Yours is the only product that if you use it, it gets more expensive. It would be like buying food and only getting to look at it. If you eat it however, the next time you buy it the cost is 50% more.

GBI have business and auto insurance… I have business and auto insurance through this company. I was recently rear ended wile I was at a stop light. The insurance company was very friendly staffed and was on top of everything. Everything was covered no hidden fees with the policy I had. I was fortunate that myself and my daughter were okay and that the insurance company covered the repairs to my truck.
