GBI don’t like the increase in premiums… I don’t like the increase in premiums every year. I have not had a claim ever.nor have I hpreceicpved a moving violation.

GBThe 50% rate increase is appalling The 50% rate increase is appalling. You, along with the entire industry, are price gauging. I’d like to look at your bottom line (P&L) comparison year over year and see the justification for a 50% increase to your customers. Crazy thing is, I had a claim last year. Turns out that increases rates. Yours is the only product that if you use it, it gets more expensive. It would be like buying food and only getting to look at it. If you eat it however, the next time you buy it the cost is 50% more.

GBExcellent Service and Coverage My agents, Rob Barbine and Stacy Stowell, were extremely helpful when helping us bundle home and auto insurance into Acuity policies 2 years ago, and again during renewal this year. They did a good job of understanding our needs and making sure the policies met these needs. I very much appreciate all of the protection provided in my Acuity policies. While insurance is more expensive than ever, I feel that I Acuity offers excellent value for the cost.
