Damaged car I had damage to my car caused by rubbish on the road. I had decided to just "live with it." Finally game Acuity a call. I was so surprised to hear a friendly voice understand my issue and take immediate action to bring it to a close. No issues at all; my service folks did a gorgeous job and nobody complained about anything. Just a nice treat in life.

Website easy to access and navigate Website easy to access and navigate. Rates are competitive in the industry. Rate increases were moderate this year compared to other industry providers. Printed materials have been clear, concise and comprehensive.

Claim coverage in event of policyholder's death. I had a question regarding coverage in the event I died and would a claim filed by my heirs be recognized and covered. I received a quick response, which to my relief, indicated that as long as the policy was paid up, my heirs and assigns would be able to file and collect on claims covered under the policy.
