GBOutrageous Cost! My most recent experience was getting my premium statement, which went up by hundreds of dollars. I switched to Acuity for fairer rates, but any gains from the first year were lost in the second. I won't stay with Acuity if rates go up again.

GBExcellent Service and Coverage My agents, Rob Barbine and Stacy Stowell, were extremely helpful when helping us bundle home and auto insurance into Acuity policies 2 years ago, and again during renewal this year. They did a good job of understanding our needs and making sure the policies met these needs. I very much appreciate all of the protection provided in my Acuity policies. While insurance is more expensive than ever, I feel that I Acuity offers excellent value for the cost.

I was so surprised to hear a friendly voice understand my issue and take immediate action to bring it to a close. GBI am tired of having my car insurance… I am tired of having my car insurance going up when I have had no tickets or accidents for a VERY long time. Why should I pay for other careless drivers? Overall I really like Acuity. Nice people that are very knowledgeable.
