Website easy to access and navigate Website easy to access and navigate. Rates are competitive in the industry. Rate increases were moderate this year compared to other industry providers. Printed materials have been clear, concise and comprehensive.

Claim process When i reported a claim, it was handled quickly and professionally. I was assigned a claim number, and representative right away. The representative contacted me on a daily basis. Thank you Brittany Johnson. Brittany kept me informed though the claim process.

Working with Matt Daily Working with Matt Daily. He explained my coverage and gave me recommendations. Together we reviewed my Home owners' policy and found missing information that helped to lower my rate. In addition, he was accessible when I needed help with insuring my recent car purchase. I have business and auto insurance… I have business and auto insurance through this company. I was recently rear ended wile I was at a stop light. The insurance company was very friendly staffed and was on top of everything. Everything was covered no hidden fees with the policy I had. I was fortunate that myself and my daughter were okay and that the insurance company covered the repairs to my truck.
