GBExcellent Service and Coverage My agents, Rob Barbine and Stacy Stowell, were extremely helpful when helping us bundle home and auto insurance into Acuity policies 2 years ago, and again during renewal this year. They did a good job of understanding our needs and making sure the policies met these needs. I very much appreciate all of the protection provided in my Acuity policies. GBID Theft Claim When I contacted Acuity to submit a claim for ID theft, I was assigned a person to coordinate the process and two other experts to help me recover my identity and accounts. They have been extremely helpful and continue to follow up with me to ensure I am following the recommendations they have provided.
