GBNever heard of Acuity till we got them and couldn't be happier! I am very happy with Acuity so far. We've had Acuity for about 2 years now and the customer service has been wonderful. I'm also very happy with the price of the home owners insurance and the auto insurance. We switched from another top insurance agency which I thought we were happy with until we went to Acuity. Now I'm even happier cause of the rates. We've had to file a major claim once and they were so easy to work with. Never gave us one bit of problems and helped us every step of the way!

GBID Theft Claim When I contacted Acuity to submit a claim for ID theft, I was assigned a person to coordinate the process and two other experts to help me recover my identity and accounts. They have been extremely helpful and continue to follow up with me to ensure I am following the recommendations they have provided.

GBI have business and auto insurance… I have business and auto insurance through this company. I was recently rear ended wile I was at a stop light. The insurance company was very friendly staffed and was on top of everything. Everything was covered no hidden fees with the policy I had. I was fortunate that myself and my daughter were okay and that the insurance company covered the repairs to my truck.
