GBID Theft Claim When I contacted Acuity to submit a claim for ID theft, I was assigned a person to coordinate the process and two other experts to help me recover my identity and accounts. GBWe had never filed a homeowners claim… We had never filed a homeowners claim before so I didn't know how smoothly it would proceed. We thought that our roof may have had hail damage because numerous homes in our neighborhood were being replaced. The insurance company was very friendly staffed and was on top of everything. Everything was covered no hidden fees with the policy I had. I was fortunate that myself and my daughter were okay and that the insurance company covered the repairs to my truck.
