GBClaim coverage in event of policyholder's death. I had a question regarding coverage in the event I died and would a claim filed by my heirs be recognized and covered. I received a quick response, which to my relief, indicated that as long as the policy was paid up, my heirs and assigns would be able to file and collect on claims covered under the policy.

GBOur previous insurance company we had… Our previous insurance company we had been with about 40 years. We’ve never had the customer service we have now. They go above and beyond to help you. Thank you!

GBWorking with Matt Daily Working with Matt Daily. He explained my coverage and gave me recommendations. Together we reviewed my Home owners' policy and found missing information that helped to lower my rate. In addition, he was accessible when I needed help with insuring my recent car purchase. I would reccomend Matt Daily as an agent for Acuity to my friends and family.

GBThe 50% rate increase is appalling The 50% rate increase is appalling. You, along with the entire industry, are price gauging. I’d like to look at your bottom line (P&L) comparison year over year and see the justification for a 50% increase to your customers. Crazy thing is, I had a claim last year. Turns out that increases rates. Yours is the only product that if you use it, it gets more expensive. It would be like buying food and only getting to look at it. If you eat it however, the next time you buy it the cost is 50% more.

GBOutrageous Cost! My most recent experience was getting my premium statement, which went up by hundreds of dollars. I switched to Acuity for fairer rates, but any gains from the first year were lost in the second. I won't stay with Acuity if rates go up again.
